Please be aware that the house may not have some of the modern conveniences you are used to. The house is generally cool, with thick walls to protect you from the extremes of the weather. There is a portable air conditioning unit upstairs. NO internet connection/wifi or tumble dryer (not that its necessary). A recent upgrade to mobile masts in the area means that 4G is available (in most areas of the house). Everything else that we feel is needed is there - TV/DVD, washing machine, oven/hob, dishwasher, plenty of dishes, pots & pans, CD player, hoover, hair dryer and lots of other items.

The house has central heating with a thermostat in each room and an open fire downstairs should the weather let you down! The hot water is produced on demand, so you never run short.

April/May/October €300 per week

June/September €400 per week

July/August €500 per week

All other times by arrangement. €50 cleaning fee also applies

Gera Lario is our beloved family home away from home. The house has been in our family for almost 100 years. It is slowly regaining some personality after being completely renovated and modernised in 2005. We have decided to make it available to a select few at an affordable price so that others can experience the charm of the area and the wonders of Lombardy.
